The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Institute of Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the support of the OSCE Office of Programs, is holding an international scientific and practical conference "Ensuring the Rule of Law: New Opportunities in the Light of Global Change", dedicated to the memory of N.A Shaykenov, an outstanding scientist, lawyer, ex-Minister of Justice of Kazakhstan, ("Shaykenov’s Readings"), to coincide with the 25th anniversary of the Institute of Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
