Our lawyers are allowed to represent interests in the AIFC Court

Dear colleagues,
We are glad to announce that our lawyers have received admission and permission to represent interests in the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) Court.
Our lawyers Mr. Nurzhan Stamkulov, Mr. Ali Dautalinov and Ms. Anar Kubeyeva were admitted and included into the register of the court and can represent the interests of our clients in the AIFC Court.
The AIFC Court was created to protect the rights of investors and participants of AIFC hub. The AIFC Court operates on the basis of English law and has its own jurisdiction within the territory.
Not only the AIFC hub’s investors or participants can use the AIFC Court’s jurisdiction, but also other companies and individuals have right to use AIFC Court’s jurisdiction based on agreed treaty jurisdiction.
