On May 19th and 20th of 2016, Synergy Partners Law Firm participated in a legal scientific conference “Void transactions in civil law” within the framework of annual civil readings. This conference was arranged by the Kazakhstan International Arbitration with the support of the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ).
 

Our partner Nurzhan Stamkulov participated in this conference with his report on the topic “Court practice of recognizing arbitrage clauses as invalid”.

Professors, associate professors and teachers from local and foreign universities, scientists in the field of civil law, practicing lawyers, acting judges of the Supreme Court of Kazakhstan, retired judges, and many others participated in this conference.
