Partner of Synergy Partners participated as a speaker

Mr. Alzhan Stamkulov, a partner of Synergy Partners Law Firm, made a presentation on proposed actions in healthcare reforms at the Growth Forum Strategy 2025. The primary goal of the forum is to discuss the first draft of Strategy 2025. Alzhan supported the mandatory medical welfare insurance system, he proposed more powers to local executive bodies (decentralization), their election by local people to meet local demand. A third proposal is review reimbursement tariff that is paid to public or private hospitals and clinics per a patient. It shall cover operational and capital expenses, as well as include some margin to sustain the corporate development.
