Synergy Partners participated in conference “ICC Arbitration Series for Central Asia”
On 17 September 2021 our Counsel Mr Ali Dautalinov participated in conference “ICC Arbitration Series for Central Asia” organized by ICC International Court of Arbitration.
The main topic of the conference was – arbitration in dispute resolution as an alternative to state courts, and accelerated procedure in arbitration proceedings.
Conference participants discussed the advantages of an accelerated procedure, and noted some weaknesses of such procedure.
