Description

Successful candidate will answer phone calls and visitor inquiries; meet visitors; sort and send mails and faxes; arrange appointments for guests to meet with company staff; prepare letters, notices, memorandums; file documents; copy, scan and sort the documents; assist office management; data search upon request; and other minor secretary and receptionist tasks.

Requirements

  • Academic background
  • Fluent English and Russian
  • Strong secretary skills
  • Technical skills
