LLP «CFO online» together with the International Financial Corporation (IFC) arranged a meeting of the Practical School of Management, dedicated to the management of small and medium-size enterprises.

Partner of the Synergy Partners, Alzhan Stamkulov, attended the meeting as a Speaker. He addressed various topics such as making management decisions, board of directors, and advisory board, as well as questions that require special attention: family business, human capital, motivating and retaining staff.

Alzhan has consulted different international and local companies in such sectors of the economy as consumer goods, retail chains, natural resources, logistics, pharmaceutics, and finance. One of Alzhan’s areas of expertise is corporate management. Alzhan has a Master degree of Law from the University of East Anglia.
