Partner of Synergy Partners participaed as an arbitrator

Mr. Nurzhan Stamkulov, Partner of Synergy Partners Law Firm, resolved the commercial dispute as the arbitrator appointed in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Center of the National Chamber of Enterpreneurs Atameken.

The arbitration clause of the contract refered to all disputes to be resolved by the rules of Arbitration Center of the National Chamber of Enterpreneurs Atameken (http://www.aca.kz). When the dispute appeared, the parties of the contract had chosen Mr. Nurzhan Stamkulov as a single arbitrator to resolve their commercial dispute.
