Synergy Partners took participation in VII Forum of Corporate Lawyers held on 29-30 November 2012 in Almaty. Our Managing Partner Alzhan Stamkulov made two presentations on LLC Foundation Agreement, and New Employment Trends. Nurzhan Stamkulov, our Partner, also participated in the Forum as a moderator of Tax Session and also made two presentations on Transfer Pricing in Kazakhstan and Tax Audit.
