SEF-2015 Almaty, 3rd Sustainable Energy Forum of CIS and Central Asia were held in Almaty on November 17-18. 2015. Managing partner of Synergy Partners Mr. Alzhan Stamkulov gave a presentation on "Kazakhstan Legislative Obstacles and Incentives for Energy Efficiency".
